Classes at the Studio

We offer hands-on and interactive classes for children 4 years through 12 years old. Our Art Adventures sessions are perfect for the littlest artists to explore creating with colors, and our after-school classes are geared for independent big kids to come by and make great art with a variety of media.
All of our classes are run in English, which means that our studio is a natural environment for picking up the language or practicing it--all while making something beautiful to take home. Everyone, regardless of English language skills, is welcome! Our atmosphere is relaxed, and our aim is to have a good time getting creative! Chances are your little ones will be having too much fun to realize they are picking up a new language:) |

AFTER-SCHOOL ART ZONE:
Art in English Workshops Come on by after the school bell rings for a dose of good, colorful times! This class is for preschool and primary school aged kids who are ready to use their imagination and focus on their works of art. We do a lot of drawing and painting, but also try fun techniques like printmaking and papier mache as well. Your child may know a little bit of English already, but if English is brand new to your child, no worries! We will use this time to gently introduce the language in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Welcome to an hour of English story time and art adventures! In this program, your newly independent children will enjoy listening to one of our favorite children’s picture books from our vast library, then create a fabulous art piece based on the story. It’s a chance to explore different textures, colors, and shapes! Let's go! A note on our art materials...
We believe in using quality art materials which will give a beautiful art making experience for your children. In our classes, our students can explore using a variety of carefully selected media, such as acrylics, gouche, pastels, liquid watercolor, and Sumi ink. We are also known to be fond of bringing bits and pieces of nature in all the time!
